Day 6

Day 6

Patience & Perserverence

Reading Of The Day

Read "Day 6" in The 21 Day Worry Free Fast then continue below.

Exercise Of The Day:

1. Is there something you have been waiting on for a while? Do you need strength to persevere in an area? Do you have a favorable expectation of “good to come” or have you “lost hope?” Upon answering these questions, record the Believer’s definition of Patience in your journal. Believer’s definition of “patience”: to wait and endure for a season (by faith) with a favorable expectation of good to come because we know and realize that God is on our side!” How does that apply to your circumstance?

2. God’s Word has this to say about patience in James 1:2-4, Consider it pure joy, my brothers and sisters, whenever you face trials of many kinds, because you know that the testing of your faith produces perseverance. Let perseverance finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything.

3. What is the Father speaking to your heart about this scripture?

4. Pray: Lord help us to be steady in trials and to stay close to You…listening to your guidance, reading Your Will (The Bible), and fellowshipping with the saints, all the while maintaining a favorable expectation of faith that we will come out victorious on the other side. Your will, your way Lord. Mold me and shape me, more and more, day by day into the image of Christ. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

Have a blessed day and I’ll see you tomorrow for Day 7!
