Exercise Of The Day: 

1. What is your biggest take-away from the 21-day fast? (Journal)

2. Are there any pitfalls/triggers that cause you to fall back into worry?

Identify them and determine to trust the Lord in these areas.

3. Record John 14:26 in your journal.

4. (Pray) “Heavenly Father, I invite the Holy Spirit in to help and guide me, help me to be self-controlled and alert to the pitfalls of worry. Lord, I trust you to lead me in every area of my life. I will continue to trust you and cast all my cares on you. In Jesus’ Name. Amen.”

In closing I pray this study has facilitated a deeper understanding that worry and fear are tactics of the enemy to steal your peace, dreams and success. I hope that you see God’s plan is one of trusting and peace. May we all trust solely in the One True God, Jehovah; His Son, Jesus and the powerful gift of The Holy Spirit.
