Exercise Of The Day:
1. Write out John 14:1 in your journal. (Circle “Don’t let”)
2. Have you ever thought about the concept that you have actually been giving your thoughts permission to trouble your heart? Is there a specific thing right now that keeps tormenting you?
3. Pray: “Lord today I allow the voice of the Holy Spirit to be larger than the troubles and circumstances around me. Today, I actively pursue peace and do not give tormenting thoughts the authority or permission to hang out in my mind. Today, ____(date)________ I intentionally choose to trust in you Lord. In Jesus’ Name. Amen!”
Guys and gals, after this study, I believe it’s going to be hard for us to worry. The good thing this is a great reference to refer to when struggling. You have the tools now to be worry-free warriors.
